Office/Administrative Assistant (Part – Full-Time)
We are looking for a highly motivated team-player to help us achieve superior client service. The Office/Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Office Manager and Environmental Scientists, to assist with various activities and provide daily clerical support for the Principal. Responsibilities will include answering a light volume of phone calls, providing clerical support, and project assistance.

Qualifications: Applicants must be extremely organized, possess the ability to multi-task, should be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, and have working knowledge of Adobe Professional.

Technical Assistant & Assistant Field Technician (Part – Full-Time)
We need a computer oriented individual to work as an assistant on our digital cutting machinery. The Technical Assistant will aide in the process to deliver computer-aided, digitally cut material(s) to our wide client base. As an Assistant Field Technician you will assist with groundwater and soil sampling, data collection, light construction projects, and various field activities.

Qualifications: Applicants must be computer savvy, fast learners and self-motivating. Efficiency is critical. We are looking for an organized, hard-worker who has the ability to both take direction and complete assignments with little instruction.

Environmental Intern (Part – Full-Time)
This is a paid internship, an excellent opportunity, and a unique experience. The Environmental Intern will assist our environmental team with report preparation, field activities, and general project management. Applicants will be working with staff members to complete assignments, and assist in the delivery of timely quality work to our clients.

Qualifications: Applicant should be a college junior or senior, working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in a Science Discipline (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, etc.).

Environmental Scientist (Contract – Hire/ Full-Time)
We are looking for an addition to our environmental staff. The Environmental Scientist will prepare Phase I & II Site Assessments, FCC Audits/NEPA Reports, provide project management, perform environmental document and database reviews, and field work where necessary. Travel within the Tri-County area is required, and statewide travel may be necessary.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in a Science Discipline is required (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, etc.). Individuals must be familiar with Microsoft Office Programs, must be highly organized and a self motivator. Applicant must possess the resourcefulness to adapt to new database and resource technology.
